Platform requirements
Hardware:
- 500,000 bytes of free disk space for the source files and documentation
- 50,000 bytes of free disk space for compiled core modules (depending on the compiler and target machine)
Software: a compiler for ANSI C
Installation instructions
- Unzip the downloadable file to a suitable directory. The resulting files include the documentation (in Adobe Acrobat® PDF® format), a "readme" file, the alphaWorks® license, and the C source and header files for the library, including the source files for the examples in the documentation.
- Verify installation by compiling and linking the modules and example1.c and by ensuring that the command example1 1.23 1.27 displays the result 1.23 + 1.27 => 2.50 (see readme.txt).
