Platform requirements

Operating systems: Windows®, Linux®, UNIX®

Software:

  • MPICH2 Version 1.0.3 or 1.0.4
  • GCC Version 3.4.4 (for compiling your own algorithms)

Installation instructions

Please see the detailed installation instructions in the User Guide, which is included in the zip file.

In order to run the pre-compiled algorithms, unpack the zip file and choose the executable file for the platform you are using.

If you want to compile your own algorithms, please refer to the included User Guide.

Running PML in a distributed environment requires installation of MPICH2. If you encounter difficulties in installing MPICH2, please e-mail us and we will try to assist you.
