Installation instructions

The package includes a zip file of the HTML documentation as well as the Java JAR file for the tool. In order to read the documentation, unzip the doc.zip file into a directory of your choice, then open doc/index.html in your browser. The documentation contains an overview of how to use the tool; this is a good place to start.
