This technology preview does not work with Rational Business Developer 7.0 or 7.1. Those two products are based on an older version of Eclipse; and IBM Rational EGL Rich Web Support is meant to showcase future versions of the technology.
In order to define EGL services; you need an instance of Rational Business Developer 7.1. In order to use those services; you need to start up a second Eclipse 3.4 instance with the rich Web support feature. This is temporary; future versions of Rational Business Developer should include rich Web support.
