Installation instructions
Installing in WebSphere Integration Developer:
- If a previous version is installed, uninstall it (see instructions below).
- Download the latest zip file (com.ibm.sal.converse.wid.feature_1.0.0.zip).
- Unzip the file into ${WID_INSTALL_DIR}/wstools/eclipse/.
- Run WebSphere Integration Developer using the -initialize option (for example: ${WID_INSTALL_DIR}/wid -initialize).
- Start WebSphere Integration Developer using the -clean option in order to pick up the plug-ins (for example: ${WID_INSTALL_DIR}/wid -clean).
Installing in WebSphere Business Modeler:
- If a previous version is installed, uninstall it (see instructions below).
- Download the latest zip file (com.ibm.sal.converse.wbm.feature_1.0.0.zip).
- Unzip the file into ${WBM_INSTALL_DIR}/eclipse/.
- Start WebSphere Business Modeler using the -clean option in order to pick up the plug-ins (for example: ${WBM_INSTALL_DIR}/modeler -clean).
Uninstallation
Un-installing from WebSphere Integration Developer:
- Delete all directories in ${WID_INSTALL_DIR}/wstools/eclipse/features that begin with com.ibm.sal.converse.
- Delete all directories in ${WID_INSTALL_DIR}/wstools/eclipse/plugins that begin with com.ibm.sal.converse.
- Restart WebSphere Integration Developer 6.0.2 using the -clean option in order to clear any references to the plug-in (for example: ${WID_INSTALL_DIR}/wid –clean).
Un-installing from WebSphere Business Modeler:
- Delete all directories in ${WBM_INSTALL_DIR}/eclipse/features that begin with com.ibm.sal.converse.
- Delete all directories in ${WBM_INSTALL_DIR}/eclipse/plugins that begin with com.ibm.sal.converse.
- Restart WebSphere Business Modeler using the -clean option in order to clear any references to the plug-in (for example: ${WBM_INSTALL_DIR}/modeler -clean).
