Overview

Voice Toolkit has graduated.

Voice Toolkit 1.0 and Voice Application Debugger have graduated. Voice Toolkit 2.0 is now available.

On April 30, 2002, IBM announced the WebSphere® Voice Toolkit 2.0 for Windows® 2000, which is available for complimentary downloading. Voice Toolkit 2.0 can help create VoiceXML™ applications in less time, using an integrated development environment. It runs on the desktop and can enable developers to address the multiple steps required to create a voice application. Voice Toolkit 2.0 includes the Voice Application Debugger, a graphical user interface (GUI)-driven tool for facilitatating application development.

The Voice Toolkit team is part of the IBM Voice Systems Development group located in sunny South Florida. Its mission is to design and develop tools to enable the creation of voice applications that complement the IBM Websphere Voice Server family of products.
